Returns

Due to the personal nature of cosmetic and skincare products, we do not accept returns on opened, used, or damaged products after delivery.

Returns may be accepted only if:

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The product was damaged during shipping.

  • The product is missing from your order.

To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue.

Refunds

Once your request is reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • The product has been opened or used.

  • You changed your mind after receiving the order.

  • Incorrect shipping information was provided by the customer.

  • The product results did not meet personal expectations.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
